When to use this method
JPG is often practical for photo-heavy pages. PNG is useful for sharp text, diagrams or lossless page images. Export creates images; it does not preserve selectable text, forms or links.

Choose the page image format
Both formats contain rendered pixels on an opaque white background rather than the PDF text layer.

If the images are blurry, huge or out of order
Increase scale only when the destination needs more pixels, and use PNG for sharp line work when JPG artifacts are visible. If files appear out of order, sort by their generated page numbers and confirm the selected PDF positions. Printed numbers on the page can differ from positions in the file.
